On June 12, to ensure that the systems are publicized properly, thoroughly understood, and strictly implemented, the Investment and Operation Management Department organized and held an exchange meeting for the publicity and implementation of investment systems including the Administrative Measures for Investment Plans and the Administrative Measures for Investment in Investment and Financing-related Operating Items, publicizing and implementing the background of the establishment and main contents of the systems, and answering questions found in management and opinions collected. It was demanded at the meeting that: First, raise awareness and deeply understand the connotation of the systems; second, ensure compliance and consciously abide by the provisions of the systems; third, strengthen management and continuously improve the quality of investment. Through the publicity and implementation of the systems, and exchanges, the understanding of investment business has been further enhanced, the content of the systems has been fully grasped, the integrated and coherent implementation has been facilitated, and the standardization and basic level of investment business management have been continuously improved.
All staff of the Investment and Operation Management Department attended the meeting on site, while investment and related business personnel from 34 subsidiaries participated in the meeting via video link.
