On the morning of November 22, the Launch Conference on the Transformation and Upgrading of  DECH Logistics Port and the 2nd "Harvest Festival" — themed "Breaking Dilemmas, Exploring New Paths for Development; Transforming and Upgrading to Promote Prosperity" — was grandly convened in Wuhan, hosted by Hubei DECH Logistics Port Co., Ltd.

Chen Leiming, Executive President and Secretary-General of the China National Association of Metal Material Trade (CAMT), attended the conference as an invited guest and delivered a keynote speech entitled "The Path to Breaking through Dilemmas for Steel Circulation Enterprises". In the speech, he put forward reflections and recommendations on how steel circulation enterprises should adapt to changes, adjust strategies, and pursue transformational development during this phase of market adjustment and restructuring.

Approximately 600 participants, including leaders from local government, heads of business associations, and entrepreneurs in the steel industry, attended the conference.
